Join us in praying for our church and our mission partners this month! We encourage all our Community Groups and Discipleship Groups to set some extra time aside at one meeting this month to pray.
Pray for our church:
- Pray through a portion of our church covenant
- Ask that God would enable us to embody this portion of our church covenant: We will serve the ministry of our church by discovering our gifts to serve the body, by attending regularly and by giving faithfully.
- Pray for our leaders
- For one of our staff members - Willie Padgett (Pastor For Corporate Worship)
- For one of our lay elders - Danal Slay
- For one of our deacons - Josh Coberly (Connect)
- Pray for The Jeremiah 29 Campaign
- Praise God for his continued provision and ask that His favor would be on us as we seek our Special Use Permit with the City of Johns Creek.
- Pray for our Student Ministry as they start back Wednesday Nights in the new school year
Pray for our mission partners:

International Mission Board

International Mission Board trustees approved the appointment of 36 full-time, fully funded personnel to take the gospel to unreached people and places during their Sept. 29-30 meeting near Richmond, Virginia. What a blessing!
IMB MISSIONARIES "DANIEL" AND "RACHEL"

Please pray for "Daniel", his family, and their entire team as they are still looking for a senior pastor for their church. Pray that God would provide exactly the right candidate. Also pray for 4 friends their team has had the opportunity to share the Gospel with. Pray that these 4 would respond in faith and that the Holy Spirit would transform their hearts.
Mully Children's Family

Since mid-2024, Kenya has faced significant social unrest, reflecting deep economic challenges and growing public concern. One year later, in June 2025, Kenyans marked the anniversary with renewed demonstrations. Tragically, unrest once again turned deadly, highlighting the urgent need for national dialogue, justice, and reform. As an organization rooted in Kenya, Mully Children’s Family pauses at this critical hour to pray for the nation and its people. We ask for healing over the wounds of those who have suffered loss. We pray for the families of those whose lives were taken. We seek wisdom and humility for the government, the President, and all leaders—to listen to the voice of the people.
Promise 686

Pray that God would raise up a team of advocates in every church in your community who are passionate about speaking up for children in foster care.
Wycliffe Bible Translators
Please continue to pray for our Wycliffe project, the Older Trees Cluster, as
translators continue to translate God’s Word for South Asia.

Please pray for Sandy Holiday, NFCC President. Pray that she directs her team well this month and meets the tangible needs of our community.
