July Members Meeting

We will vote on three important matters in our members meeting on July 26, 2026:

1. The approval for the loan and buildout of the church property on 10505 Jones Bridge Road
2. Changes to our bylaws proposed in our April Members Meeting
3. Elder and Deacon Nominees

Voting Language: We authorize the expenditure of up to $8,420,000 on the buildout of the church property on 10505 Jones Bridge Road. Up to $4,300,000 of this total may come from a loan.

Voting Language:

• Voting Procedure Changes – Removing 51% quorum requirement, adding specific language allowing for absentee ballots. (Yes/No)
• Updated Language/Procedures –Language change on “annual financial ministry plan” vs. “annual budget.” Deleted requirement for administrative staff to be members of the church. (Yes/No)
